Happy #MotivationMonday with Marielle, HerDaily! Today I’m sharing a few awesome foam roller moves.

Release muscle tightness and trigger points with self-myofascial release, using a foam roller.

These are some of my favorite ways to use a foam roller on commonly tight muscle groups. Foam rolling can help break up muscle knots, resume normal blood flow to different areas, and enhance fitness performance.

Great to do as a warm-up or after a tough workout!
