Motivation Monday: Tabata Training


Shed those winter pounds with Tabata!

For those who have little to zero extra time during the day to devote to burn away those extra pounds, this Tabata workout is for you.

A lot of us have packed on the pounds during the winter months but it’s time to get those bikini bodies ready. Before we know it the summer will be here. However, setting aside the time to work out can be a challenge, especially if you work full time, are a mother or both!

Blast fat and calories in just FOUR MINUTES with this challenging and fun workout. Each move is performed for just 20 seconds but is performed at maximum intensity to get right into the cardio training and fat burning zones.

1 Tabata = 20 seconds of work at MAXIMUM INTENSITY

Move 1 – Squat Jumps

Move 2 – High Knees

Move 3 – Pliee and Hops

Move 4 – Lunge Switch Hops

Follow each move with 10 seconds of rest. Do this set as many times as you want depending on time to get an amazing cardio workout!
