Summer is just around the corner, so it is time to start working on those toned arms to go with crop tops, tank tops and of course Bikini Season!
Here are 5 simple moves you can do at home, at the gym, or in the park with just a set of dumbbells. If you do not have any weights at home – feel free to grab a couple of water bottles, or soup cans to give you extra resistance. Whether your goal is to lose weight or just tone up, these moves are a great place to start.

Add these challenging and fun toning moves into your gym routine to get your arms lean, strong and ready for warmer months ahead. Remember to chose a weight that is challenging, but still allows you to complete each move with good form.
If you are just starting out, try completing each move for 10-12 reps – then as you progress move up to 20-25 reps. Once you can complete 25 reps of each moves…switch to a heavier set of dumbbells to continue seeing results. Our bodies are incredible in how they adapt and get stronger, so make sure you are challenging yourself every day to reach your goals!
Along with adding new upper body moves to your gym routine, make sure to eat plenty of protein and clean foods to get that summer body ready. You need both a healthy diet AND plenty of exercise for a strong, lean and powerful body!
