We worry so much about how we look as we age. We also need to keep our young minds exercising its thought process. As for the vitamin cocktail, research does not support changes of our brain if there is no evidence of Alzheimer’s. It is important to not be deficient. Always consult your doctor before embarking on any changes to your medications.
