5 Delicious Healthy Asian Dishes

asian dishes

I am a huge fan of Asian food and finding recipes that produce healthy Asian dishes that I can cook at home is even better.

I have come across some delicious healthy Asian recipes that I hope you will enjoy. They are absolutely yummy, easy to make and healthy. You can alter items you do not like in any of the healthy Asian dishes and make them your own. Creating delicious healthy Asian dishes at home gives you the upper hand in what you put in the recipe.

The first on is Spicy Beef with Shrimp & Bok Choy. I love a crunch in food and this recipe provides this and more as it is also sweet. Oyster sauce and rice wine brings out the richness of this dish. I like to compliment it with noodles, but you can use whatever you like. It only takes about 25 minutes to prepare and is low-calorie, heart healthy and more.

My second choice is Oven-Barbecued Asian Chicken. I like this filling BBQ healthy Asian chicken as it is full of flavor. What better food than BBQ style with the hot weather? Eating a diet with more protein and veggies is also all the rage; so if you do not add a carbohydrate, you are right on track. The recipe can be made with chicken breasts instead of thighs and drumsticks. I say just use the whole chicken and cut it up into pieces, but it’s up to you. Total cooking and prep time is one hour and twenty minutes.

My next choice is Chile-Lime Veggie Noodles. I do love noodles and to keep it healthy you can use this vegan recipe. This Asian Recipe is very appealing to the eye with the use of multicolored peppers and has that kick of spice and flavor with chile-garlic sauce. You can still be eating low-calorie, but also getting in your fiber. It only takes 30 minutes to prep and cook. To get this recipe – Click Here…

Let’s go to a side-dish recipe as my fourth choice. This is Quick Kimchi.
I am a cabbage fan and love this recipe as it is healthy and a good cancer fighter and has antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. This is not the fermented Korean recipe, but it is good for you. Eat this spicy dish shortly after preparing so it keeps its crunch. You can eat it as a meal or side dish. My fifth choice is egg rolls which are another favorite of mine. Unfortunately, they can be very fattening. This healthy Asian recipe is vegan and low in fat. They are not fried either just baked in the oven. You can also change out the veggies if you do not like some of the ingredients. They are healthy and delicious. The recipe makes 12 egg rolls and takes 40 minutes to prep and bake. To get the recipe – Click Here…

Have fun making these dishes and the joy of eating a healthy Asian dish you made at home. Will you be making one of these tonight?
