Standing Abs at the gym or at home can take you just 5 minutes a day to get toned!
1. Standing with legs just hip width apart. Draw belly button in and bring the arms along the sides of the body like scare crow arms. Keep elbows bent. Twist from side to side drawing the belly button in and exhaling on every rotation. Do this for 60 seconds.
2. Repeat above, but stay on one side and pulse repeat for 30 seconds. Switch sides.
3. Reach the arms straight up to ceiling and lengthen one side and then the other like your spiderman and scaling the wall. Reach and lengthen for 60 seconds. Make sure to exhale every time you reach and pull the arms.
4. Next, lower your arms, bending at your waste on either side (like an open box). Legs hip width apart. Rotate from your torso up, keeping arms in a stable “box” stance. As you twist, make sure you draw your stomach in. Rotate side to side, exhaling while you twist. Do 3-4 sets of 20 twists.
