Spring Style: Put A Blazer On It!

overall with blazer

We’re always on the lookout for cute and simple ways to spice up our spring wardrobe. One trend we are totally loving right now is blazers! Blazers are a really versatile and chic way to dress up (or down) your springtime look. Fitted jackets aren’t just for the office anymore — and you can totally rock them with a dress! Check out our favorite blazer-focused looks below.

Wearing a blazer with overalls is SO cute (see above)! We love how Courtney Trop (from Always Judging) pairs her overalls and blazer with oxfords. If you want to make this outfit look a little more girly, swap the oxfords for heels.

Patterned Pants
Patterned pants (above, left) are such a fun way to make your outfit more playful. Combining patterned pants with a blazer is the cool equivalent of a mullet: Business on the top, party on the bottom. Matching the color of the blazer with the pattern in the pants ties the whole look together.

Crop Top
Wearing a blazer with a crop top (above, right) is seriously genius. The crop top shows a little peep of your belly — and the blazer accentuates curves in just the right place. Lisa Olsson from I’m Next rocks this crop top look with drop crotch pants. We love that she paired her look with heels, keeping this look super cool and classy.

Summery Dress
Pair a summery dress with a blazer (above, left) for a fun and flirty springtime look. We love seeing a bright blazer combined with a lace dress. The bright color of the blazer takes this look to a whole new level of spring. This is our new favorite go-to fashion choice for spring.

Cutoff Shorts
A blazer with cutoffs is brilliant! We love this fun-yet-preppy look (above, right). The cutoffs are so casual… but wearing a blazer makes this look more grown up and work appropriate. Rolling the cuffs is a great way to play up this super-casual vibe.
