As Worn by Njeri: Tunic Dresses For Fall

The moment when that first fall breeze hits, some of us (including myself) found ourselves not mentally prepared for summer to be over. Not at all ready to come to terms that our refreshing summer wardrobes must be laid to rest, but seasonal changes wait for no man, or woman. For those with busy schedules who didn’t get the chance to update their fall wardrobes, don’t pack away all your summer wardrobe just yet! They are ways to wear some of your prized summer pieces all while still being on trend for fall/winter 2015. To start, unpack your loose-fitting, short tunic dresses. These can be easily paired with your go-to skinny trousers or jeans. To complete this look and the “long on long” fall trend for 2015, add a knee-length trench or robe coat, and accessorize with your favorite booties or enclosed pumps. Sounds do-able, right?

This fantastic trend has to be one of my favorites for fall. It was seen all over the British, French, Italian, and American runways with each designer showcasing it in a unique way which spoke to the authenticity of their brand.

In addition to being on trend it gives the illusion of a longer and leaner torso!

So, try this look for your next outing and let us know if it worked for you!
