5 Exercises to Improve Balance

Improve your balance, strengthen ankles and lower leg muscles, and work on core stabilizing muscles with these balance moves. Hold each move for 30 seconds to 1 minute and make sure to do both sides. Practice these moves throughout the week to increase health and wellness and improve your yoga poses, strength training form and overall fitness.
